  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • The item must be unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging and any accessories included.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Procedure

    • Full name of the buyer.
    • Order number.
    • Reason for the return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

  3. After receiving and verifying the product, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, based on your preference.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 working days from receiving and verifying the returned product.
